Life’s challenges can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of ourselves. Whether you’re coping with stress, grief, difficult family dynamics, or the impact of past trauma, therapy can help.
You don’t have to carry it all alone
I’m a therapist with a background in mental health nursing, offering a safe, supportive space where you can begin to make sense of your story. I have a particular interest in childhood trauma and how early experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. Often, the strategies we develop to survive difficult beginnings, while once protective, can become patterns that cause pain in our present lives and relationships. How you learned to survive may not be how you want to continue to live.
Early experiences can shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. Together, we’ll explore the impact of childhood trauma, abuse, or time in the care system, helping you to understand old survival patterns and move toward a healthier, way of living.
Loss can take many forms — the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or even the loss of a sense of self. Therapy offers space to process these feelings at your own pace, with compassion and support
When life’s demands become overwhelming, stress and burnout can leave you feeling exhausted and disconnected. In therapy, we’ll find ways to restore balance, build resilience, and support your wellbeing.
Living with depression or low confidence can make even daily life feel difficult. Together, we can explore the roots of these feelings, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build a kinder, more empowered relationship with yourself.
Our connections with others can bring both comfort and pain. I work with clients navigating difficult relationships, family challenges, or the effects of narcissistic abuse, offering space to untangle patterns and move toward healthier dynamics.
You don’t have to carry life’s challenges alone. In a safe, compassionate space, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, make sense of old patterns, and take steps toward a more connected, empowered life.
